  • board with flip chart sheet & pen          450 Ft/hour

  • subsequent sheets                              100 Ft/sheet

 

 

SOUND SYSTEM

The Single Parent Family Centre has a professional sound system which can meet any demand. A separate list contains the technical equipment in detail, which enables us to provide a quote according to individual requirements.

Basic package:

 

Fee for a sound engineer                                          15,000 Ft/occasion

Sound system

(loudspeakers, audio mixer, wireless microphone)       13,000 Ft/occasion

1. Conference room (ground floor) 10-12 people

2. Consultation room (first floor) 12-15 people

3. Communal space (ground floor) 40 people

4. Play centre (ground floor) 12 people

 

Recommended events:

 

  • events which require a separate, lockable venue

  • The play centre can be hired for children’s events and birthday parties.

Catering Service

 

Catering can be provided for functions and events held in the Single Parent Family Centre.

 

Photographer

 

On request, the Centre can provide a photographer, whose fee can be quoted according to the individual requirements.

 

 

Important information

 

Please send your request for a quote to seku.marta@egyszulo.hu

 

If a reservation is cancelled in writing at least 20 days prior to the event, there is no cancellation fee.

If it is cancelled within 20 days of the event, 50% of the agreed rental price will be invoiced.
